James McClain has been honoring warranty claims since 2009. We are not in the business of finding technicalities to avoid a legitimate claim. If it failed because of something on our end, we take care of it.

Shipping

We ship from Cleveland, Ohio to all 50 states. The LS3 goes out on a freight carrier due to engine weight, fully palletized, strapped down, and wrapped for protection. Most orders are processed and ready to ship within 1 to 3 business days.

A tracking number goes out to you as soon as the engine leaves our facility. It arrives in the same condition it left.
